More Information About Us

Dayna’s iCare Foundation is a Christian, 501(c)3, non-profit organization that was founded January 1, 2018, by Reverend Dayna L. Spence. We provide food, clothes, and shelter assistance to underprivileged children and their families, regardless of race, color, religion or creed, locally, nationally and internationally using the model of Christ, based on Acts 1:8.

We believe every child has a basic right to food, clothes, and shelter.
One child dying from starvation or inadequate sanitation, is a child too many. Childhood poverty is not a “them” problem…the people over there, it is an “us” problem, and it will take a collective effort of every able-bodied adult, to eradicate it.

The members of Dayna’s iCare Foundation are committed to improving the lives of impoverished children wherever they are, across the street or across the globe. We don’t just give handouts, but rather we “share” our resources and prosperity with those in need, because we genuinely care and are dedicated to improving their lives.

We assist underprivileged children locally through giving food, clothes and shelter assistance in various capacities. Nationally, we provide needy families with children the tools and resources they need to plant gardens through our “Gift a Garden” Program. And internationally, we distribute real resources (bicycles, vegetable seeds, livestock & sewing machines) to the poorest among us, to help them to help themselves prosper through our SEED Program (Sowing Economic Empowerment & Dignity).

Dayna’s iCare Foundation can do great work through the generosity of awesome members, partners and volunteers (both young and old) who are dedicated to our charitable causes by giving their time, talent, gifts, and donations. And we are ever so grateful.

Like other businesses, during the early months of the COVID19 Pandemic we were financially challenged; however, we did not think it was appropriate to fundraise when so many people were suffering and struggling to make ends meet. Yet, we were still willing and dedicated to finish the work we set out to accomplish. So, we prayed and were led to open an online store where we could sell candles, body butters, bead butters and more, which would allow us to support our programs during the difficult time. We are all elated, October 2020, when Dayna’s iCare Foundation had a small, yet successful, grand opening of “Heavenly-Sense.com” online store, where 100% of the profits support our charitable causes.
