Dayna L. Spence

Founder, CEO & President – Reverend Dayna L. Spence is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing Dayna’s iCare Foundation. Reverend Spence is a licensed minister, ordained through Full Gospel Assemblies, International. For the past 12 years Reverend Spence has also served as a hospital and hospice chaplain. Additionally, Reverend Spence has held various positions with the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) Commonwealth of PA. She headed a local mission department and was the state mission department secretary. Through her service and travel abroad with COGIC, Reverend Spence saw many ways she could help combat childhood poverty. In 2017, she began laying the groundwork for Dayna’s iCare Foundation, using the model of Christ which is to serve at home first, then nationally and internationally, based on Acts 1:8. Toward that end, she created 3 unique programs to accomplish these goals. Reverend Spence has been diligent since 2017, and has led the foundation into accomplishing great work, including creating a shippable home. Reverend Dayna Spence has a heart for children and no matter how busy she is, she carves out time to teach a weekly youth Bible study class.

Pamela E. Beasley

Vice President – Minister Pamela E. Beasley assists in developing, implementing and overseeing local, national and international programs of Dayna’s iCare Foundation. She also researches fundraiser ideas and oversees the planning of fundraiser events. Minister Beasley plays a key role in ensuring the spiritual integrity of the foundation. She is also a longtime employee of Glaxo-SmithKline, where she’s worked in various administrative positions over the past 34 years. Minister Pamela Beasley is also an active member of her community, where she founded the Women of Purpose and Destiny Ministry. As president of that organization she developed programs in the area of empowering and uplifting the lives of women. She is a powerful preacher, dynamic speaker and eloquent teacher. However, her greatest accomplishment is being the proud mother of two daughters, and grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren.

Cherrill M. Swint

Sonya A. Adams

CFO/Treasurer – Cherrill M. Swint oversees the financial affairs of Dayna’s iCare Foundation and ensures the non profit organization is adhering to regulations as set forth by the IRS. She oversees all aspects of the foundation as it relates to finances, to make sure the foundation is conducting business efficiently and responsibly. Cherrill also assists the CEO in financial planning, development and implementation of all local, national and international programs. For over 30 years, Cherrill Swint has been a dedicated employee of Verizon, where she has risen through the ranks. As a manager for Verizon, Cherrill currently oversees various aspects of financial management for the company. Professionally, Cherrill Swint is known as a leader in the field of fiscal management and analytics. Personally, Cherrill is loving wife and dedicated mother, who is also passionate about serving the Lord and others, especially children. Cherrill enjoys any opportunity she gets to uplift children from all walks of life.

Secretary – Sonya A. Adams is the founding owner of A Wing and a Prayer Catering LLC, where she is known as “Sister Sonya”. She attended Cheyney University where she studied Restaurant and Institutional Management. She also trained at Prism Career Institute, where she trained to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Sonya is a passionate about business, being a loving mother to her beautiful two children, and pet birds. Sister Sonya is a longtime member of New Testament Family Fellowship Church of God in Philadelphia, where she oversees the hospitality ministry and assists in the youth ministry. During her leisure time, Sonya enjoys traveling and planting flowers. One of her favorite scriptures is “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” Colossians 3:17

Dr. Nicole McKinney

Chaplain – Dr. Nicole McKinney, Ph.D., LMFT oversees the spiritual Christ-centeredness of all activities, events and missions for Dayna’s iCare Foundation. Since 2017, she has helped African American families who are coping with parental cancer as Program Manager for a NIH R01 research trial at the University of Delaware. With nearly 20 years’ experience of empowering individuals, couples and families, Dr. McKinney is also a licensed Couple and Family Therapist at A Center for Marriage Counseling and at The Peacemaker Center. As a Jesus follower, Dr. McKinney includes faith in therapy for those seeking Christian counseling and virtually counsels from her prayer room. She has experience as an adjunct professor for graduate students pursuing doctoral education in counseling. Her outreach experience details mentorship to undergraduate students as they professionally develop and implement action strategies to meet their leadership goals. Dr. McKinney presents annually at conferences and invited speaking engagements and is a published researcher. She has previously held roles in the prayer ministry and the youth department at her church. As well, Dr. McKinney participated in missions work to third-world countries where she offered medical support and prayer.
