“Tee time” Tea Party

On October 25, 2020, Dayna’s iCare Foundation (DIF) held a very small (socially distanced), but elegant, afternoon tea party, at the Penn Oaks Golf Club, in West Chester, PA.  This private event celebrated the launching of DIF’s online store, “Heavenly-Sense.com”.

Heavenly-Sense.com was created to financially support the programs and projects of DIF.  As most are well aware, the year 2020 was economically challenging for many businesses, causing well known franchises to small mom & pop shops to close their doors permanently.  Charities and non-profits were not spared, they too suffered significantly amidst the Covid19 pandemic.  Their economic losses, coupled with the shutdown of public gatherings, caused charitable fundraising events and the steady stream of donations to come to a screeching halt.

To stay afloat, it was imperative for DIF to generate income without burdening our donors or supporters who may have been trying to stay above water, as well.  So we decided to create an online store to help meet our financial needs and to continue moving our projects and programs forward.

The guests were stunning, they wore beautiful hats and tea attire.  They were also gifted fans, gloves and pearls, donated by our Vice President, Minister Pamela Beasley.  At Tee Time, the ladies learned about the mission of DIF, received a word of spiritual encouragement from Dr. Nicole McKinney, and were the first to view, test and purchase products from the unveiled Heavenly-Sense product line.  The ladies were pleasantly surprised by the quality, uniqueness, and fragrances of the biblically inspired products, which included:  hand-poured, scented candles; hand-made, all natural body butters, beard butters, & lip butters; and essential body oils.  The launch was small, but intimate, and no one will soon forget the sweet presence that filled the room.   A lovely time was had by all.
