Our DIF Homes, Shippable Homes, Homes 4 Hope Project

Due to the massive devastation in the Bahamas, on September 1, 2019, as a result of Hurricane Dorian, we created a shippable home, called a “Dayna’s iCare Foundation Home”, or DIF HOME that fits into a container and can be shipped just about anywhere in the world.  Our DIF Home is an extremely well built, weather tight, hurricane resistant, 900 square foot, 3 bedroom home that fits onto existing foundations.  The DIF home is economical, efficient, and resourceful.

Our goal for the Homes 4 Hope Project in the Bahamas, is to provide needy families with children, a DIF Home, “at cost”, by making them available to families with children who are displaced due to Hurricane Dorian, and who also have an existing foundation.  Additionally, we are seeking sponsors and donors to provide DIF Homes to needy families with children, who are still homeless and unable to financially rebuild due to the hurricane.
